Please contact us immediately if your plans change. Whilst the deposit is non-refundable, we will always do our best to transfer your dates if we can.
Yes! All of our castles can be set up on level, grassed areas. However, we cannot set up on hard outdoor areas including artificial grass.
You will need around 6x6m of clear floor space for your castle.
We will arrange a time to setup with you, usually in the morning of the event and it will take between 20-30 minutes. This will be longer if we are decorating your castle with balloons.
